Since our inception in 1989 with the introduction to Western Australia of a range of Recorded Voice Announcers, we have grown and expanded into the group now known as M2 Technology. Our success is based on a dedicated customer service ethos in conjunction with the development of an extensive national and international dealer network. Now having secured the independent ownership of the manufacturing and export arm, we aim to provide quality product and professional support to each and every individual customer.
M2 Technology offer the latest advances in technology and is fast becoming one of Australia's most successful providers of third party telecommunication products both nationally and overseas.
This expansion has seen the development of M2 Audio, a specialist message production centre operating under quality assurance standards to ensure a high standard of professionalism and excellence at all levels.
M2 On Hold, The Sound Marketing Company, is dedicated purely to the production of "messages on hold". This division services customers using an amazing array of on hold hardware. Our team of professional script writers, voice talent and audio engineers will construct and produce messages on hold, day and night greetings, after hours messages and corporate CD's to suit your business.
The launch of M2 Digital, our own Software development division, provides customised computer, network software, management solutions and web design to our extensive customer base.
This continued expansion has seen a move to larger offices in Technology Park, South Australia, new offices opening in New South Wales and Victoria and doubling the size of the Perth based headquarters.
