Information on hold

In some rare cases, depending on how your phones system is programmed and you have connected your new machine but still hear “chimes” or silence, you will require a visit from your telephone technician.

If you have 2 callers on hold, both callers will hear exactly the same part of the message at the same time and new caller to the queue will come in at whatever point the message is at. That’s why we recommend keeping your messages short, between 15 & 30 secs.
