How does the M2 Technology System work?

The M2 Technology Auto attendant voicemail system (Network, Super Network, Compact II and Flexicall Manager) are products programmed to operate in conjunction with your telephone system to suit your specific requirements.
The facilities available include voicemail, day and night automated answering and information on hold.  Software features include desktop SMS, LAN integration, voicemail to email and management reporting.
Changes made to your telephone system can sometimes affect the operation of the  voicemail or auto attendant unit.  It is always a good idea to check with us if new extensions, telephone numbers or other system programming is going to occur. 


Our Technical support officers are available to assist your telephone installer.    
To avoid inconvenience to your business, if you are moving or purchasing a new phone system it is important that your telephone installer contacts us for advice.
