Over 25 years ago, the M2 Technology Group came from humble beginnings operating out of a small garage in suburban Perth. Today, we’re a global player across a broad range of dynamic services.  Our secret? Hard work and a drive to provide the best possible service.

We’ve grown to over 50 employees, collaborating as a team of innovators, researchers, communicators and implementers, all working towards one common goal: to develop and implement the most efficient, industry-leading solutions to help drive our clients’ businesses.

Technology is ever-changing and most of our clients don’t have the time to keep up with the latest software, hardware, techniques, and trends. These advancements can be hugely advantageous for businesses, but with so many options, it’s hard to know where to look and how to stay ahead of the curve.

This is the driving force behind our operations; we’re committed to finding and implementing solutions that will broaden the horizons for our clients, be they SMEs or national conglomerates.

Where it all began

Cast your mind back to a simpler time: the late 1980s, when the M2 Technology Group was born.

Recognising the advantages of audio marketing, the M2 Technology Group founder Kevin Green sought to develop technology that would give businesses a voice. Beginning by developing audio productions that promoted real estate over the radio, the business soon grew to a fully-fledged On Hold Messaging provider. In 1995, the M2 Technology Group became the official on hold providers and inaugural sponsor of the Fremantle Dockers, a partnership that has remained in place ever since.

From there the business grew even further, partnering with Telstra, the Geelong Cats, the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, and providing valuable service to thousands of clients across Australia, from large corporations such as Australia Post, Helloworld Travel and Repco, to a diverse range of businesses big and small.

Today, the M2 Technology Group encompasses more than just On Hold Messaging; we provide cost-effective IT support, digital signage, graphic design, web development, and a highly customisable CRM system.

We’re driven by the desire to continually improve our business, our service, and ourselves. Through technology, experience and perseverance, we’ve taken control of the service we provide our clients, which gives us the opportunity to always make it better.

Corporate Responsibility

Here at the M2 Technology Group, we’re always looking to the future. But the future is more than just cutting-edge business solutions – it’s about the future of the community we live in, too. That’s why we commit ourselves to giving back to our community by supporting charities and community events whenever we can.

We’ve been long-time supporters of Professionals Pink, helping the National Breast Cancer Foundation in finding a cure for Breast Cancer.
During the festive season, we bring joy to those less fortunate, with all staff encourage to donate gifts to local organisations, such as Women’s Shelters and SAFE, while we have team building events throughout the year to raise money for a number of charities that are close to our heart.

We also understand the importance that sport in Australia has on our wellbeing and the mental health benefits it offers, which is why we are proud sponsors of the Fremantle and Geelong AFL Football Clubs, and also have a heavy involvement with the Avon Descent Boat Race every year.

The M2 Technology Group is also proud to be involved in supporting smaller, community sports teams, understanding that our future begins at the grass roots level.

We believe this is a responsibility shared by all.
